The Threenager stage can be rough. What do we recommend? Drink.

Here’s a list of drinks and recipes that should help you out for 1 or 2 days. After that, you’re on your own.

If you’re a Margarita lover, check these out:

Strawberry Beer Margaritas: These sound amazing! Here’s what one reviewer said: “Beer margaritas get a flavorful twist with strawberries! Change the flavors by changing the fruit. Mangoes or raspberries work nicely as well!”

Italian Amaretto Margaritas: Wow, this sounds worth trying! And here’s what people said about it: “Amaretto gives this drink a fun twist! Frosty glasses rimmed with amaretto and sugar make this drink even better.”

If Sangria is your deal, try these:

Peach-Basil Sangria: I really love Basil, but in Sangria? Here’s what someone said about that: “The best, easiest Sangria!! The basil seems strange, but is the perfect touch. You’ll love this guaranteed!”

Watermelon Sangria: With summer approaching, how can you not try this? This review confirms it: “This is one of my favorite recipes I have borrowed from a friend. If you love watermelon, this is the perfect drink for a hot summer day!”

If you’re feeling like something different, try these:

Lava Lamps: Talk about inventing drinks on the go! “Me and my friends made this up during a party we gave about 10 or so years ago. We were drinking champagne and shooting gelatin shots. We chunked up a gelatin shot and added some to a glass of champagne. A few years later I mentioned this idea to some guests at the restaurant where I was bartending. About 3 months later a local bar was advertising these drinks.”

Irish Car Bomb: You’ve heard of these, right? “Tastes like a chocolate milkshake! This is a great beverage for St. Patrick’s Day parties.”

And finally, if you’re really in a pinch, which is usually my case, you can just stick to an ice cold Bud Light Man-Can.
