We recently asked this question to our readers:

My daughter likes to take poopy diapers, bag them up and toss them out the front door.

Is this Fact, Fiction, or am I just Bitchin’?

Most people emailed that they thought it was Fiction. One reader even said “LOL, I really hope this is fake”.

Sadly, this is not Fiction. And here’s a little bit of bitchin”:

After my toddler drops a load in her diaper, she insists on disposing it herself. I have to put it in a plastic grocery bag and then when I go to toss it in the garbage outside, she freaks out and screams “I WANT TO THROW IT OOOUUUUUT.” So I tie up the bag, give it to her, and she then proceeds to heave ho it out the front door.

I have tried numerous other ways of getting the diaper in the garbage without her noticing. But as always, she’s 10 steps ahead of me and she MUST toss the dootie bag out the front door. This is the ONLY way this can be done.

Sometimes the bag lands on the sidewalk. Sometimes it lands on my car roof. I try and get my butt out there to remove it and get it in the garbage, but the kids will want to run out on the porch and be crazy on the front lawn and it’s usually shitty timing (no pun intended). So I have to wait for the right moment to sneak out retrieve it and dispose of it. Pretty nuts, right?

I always feel bad on 90 degree days when the mailman has to walk by it.
