Are you striving to be a super mom but not feeling so super?  Are you feeling like you can’t get ahead, can’t dig out from the stress, can’t get rid of the tired behind your eyes?

I know that feeling well.  Try my tip, it always helps.

Let me preface it by saying you’ll still have a sink full of dishes, a load of laundry in the washer that hasn’t made it into the dryer, kids that may still not sleep through the night and may poop in a flower pot.  My tip won’t stop that.

Your boss will still be a jerk.  Dinner still won’t be made.  You still won’t have received flowers from your partner.  You’ll still have that baby weight.

But, every time I do this, it helps.

Summon in to your belly all your anger, all your stress, all the things that piss you off and all the things you still haven’t done.  You may physically tense up, internalizing all the bad mojo you have surrounding you.  Then, in your angriest voice, yell out (spewing out all that internal badness)

BUBBLES!

Did you get a little smile on your face?  Do you have some more bad mojo you need to release?  Do it again!  YELL IT AGAIN, OVER AND OVER!

BUBBLES! BUBBLES! BUBBLES! BUBBLES! BUBBLES! BUBBLES! BUBBLES! BUBBLES! BUBBLES!

Keep yelling it until you hear yourself.  Hear yourself yelling bubbles!  Let all the bubbles of badness escape out of you.  Listen around you for the laughter, and if you haven’t fallen over giggling yet, let yourself go and do it.  It’s really hard to still be as angry if you yell bubbles with all the anger you have inside.
